The additional buttons set audio config after changing settings in app and functioned while using bluetooth headphones. As described before, after a reboot the app no longer affected bluetooth audio and the additional buttons disappeared.
App appearance reverted to the original as seen in first pic. Could this somehow be related to OEM specific settings Lenovo baked in? Are there registry entries that could be changed? I trialled it once and found no difference. Better yet you can get the same effects for free. I had bought it , Dont remember when i used it. The spatial demos generally sound more awesome but you are unlikely to get much of a difference in regular usage.
